Good for nothing rip job bridge that you can't even jump off like the good old days. On top of that it's what you wanna do especially when you find out it's 5$ to cross it..

Impressive bridges. A bit expensive to drive over every day, but there aren't many other options available without adding an hour or more to your journey. Awesome view of the Brisbane River and Moreton Bay from the top Great fun to ride a bike/scooter over and avoid the toll. Not a bad walk or jog either if you have the time. The wind in your face makes you feel alive. And the planes fly right over your head as they come into land at Brisbane Airport.

HAVE A READ OF THIS….A bridge is a bridge and it cut half an hour if it trip but keep in mind we went over it at two o’clock in the morning. Only one other car and i think it Cost three dollars cheers big ears

The view from the top of the bridge is looking East. Unfortunately there is no view the West looking towards the city. To get to this point there is a substantial climb. Either a walk or a bicycle ride up the hill. Of course if you have an electric bike or scooter you will be way ahead. To get an idea of the climb, the bridge is about 64 metres above the water. There is a car park under the bridge on the South side, entrance from Lytton Road. Enjoy!

Great now we have walked up from both sides of the Bridge with the both lots of dogs we have owned only took us 10 years but this time was easier as we have done a lot more walking. The approach from walking Eagle Farm a lot less steaper and more car parking and this time we saw the sun rise.

It’s an engineering masterpiece with a lovely small park under it. Convenient cycling and pedestrian path, with places to rest and along the way and observation windows. Well lit at night.

I preferred the bridge without the barriers. They have really blocked the views that were once enjoyed by motorists. May aswell be driving through a tunnel.
