Symons Energy installed a new 13.2kW system with 2 x 5kW inverters at my premises in Parkinson.I could not be happier with the installation.The initial consultation was hassle free, the quote was prepared quickly and I waited only a couple of weeks for the installation to commence.The installation used top quality equipment (REC panels, Huawei inverters) and the cost seemed comparable with other installers.The installers were polite, kept their worksite clean and the workmanship and attention to detail on completion was outstanding.I also had some additional electrical work completed as part of the installation which was completed without a fuss.I felt fully informed through the whole process and the service I received was exceptional.I would fully recommend Symons Energy to anyone considering a new solar installation.

We shopped around for a 6.6KW solar system. We got dearer quotes, and even some cheaper ones, but decided on Symons Solar on close friend recommendation. Decision was based not just on price but the ease of the process, the relationship they established early. They weren't pushy like some of their competitors. They took time to explain all the jargon. Communication was great throughout. They kept us well informed. The install team were great too. After our install the team provided us with assistance to set up a system monitoring app on our mobile phones. Just great. We have no hesitation in recommending Symons solar to anyone who is looking for value for money and good customer service. What’s even better my account has always been in credit since installation.

Got a solar system earlier this year with Symons energy and would give 10 stars if Google allows it. I decided to go ahead with them after numerous quotes as I think they are able to address my concern and provide advice that I am happy with. Kosta is very helpful and is very knowledgeable with his product, they also have their own technicians unlike others where they get sub contractor to do their job. Overall a very happy customer and would go back to them when I got another property.

Great guys, Costa walked me through every step making sure I understood the how's and whys. On the day of booking we had a storm so had to reschedule but the communication was great.We had to upgrade my switch board (old Queenslander with old wiring.) and even my electrician friends was impressed with the care taken in the wiring.Would 100% recommend these guys. Totally worth it.

I don't usually post reviews. However, only a couple of days after getting my solar installed by Kosta, Louis and Pablo. I am already noticing a huge difference in the way I am using my power and am looking forward to seeing my next power bill.They were professional about the installation, cleaned up after themselves pretty rare that you don't have to clean up after tradesmenThere pricing was great for the products they recommend, and definitely a well run company. Out of all the companies I have spoken to about solar in Queensland. Symons energy staff are by far the sharpest operators.Highly recommend this company if you are looking for a great quality system, but is also affordable.
