Really upsetPaid a fortune for a service yesterday.Today noticed some damage below windscreen which was not there before. Owner not admitting and now left me with a cost!!! Furious

My 19yo daughter broke down out the front of this business, she walked in distressed and the owner was rude, told go away he didn’t have time for her.So disappointed considering he lives around the corner from us and he has daughters of his own. I hope they never have car trouble and if they do are treated better.Thank goodness Wilkie’s Auto were more than happy to help her and offer a solution.

Booked in for my first general service with this business today. Was Quoted $285.00I am on a pension so price is important. Upon picking up my vehicle the price had jumped to $400.40 .... no phone call to discuss the extra items, just went ahead and did them.. One of the items being rotate and balance of tyres which i get done at no charge with my brother who owns a tyre company, so an uneccessary cost for me.When stating i wasnt happy, and this could have been avoided with a phone call, melinda was very nice and offered a small discount. Then Adrian came in and was rude and aggressive, even trying to snatch my keys back and stating i will put it back in your car then" referring to an air conditioning filter. I was left shaken and upset to say the least. i will not be back and would not recommend this business."

Thank you to the team at Bribie Auto Repairs. They fixed my wifes car in record time, and were very patient and helpful during the process. You might need to book in advance as they are always busy. Cheers guys. JP

Provided a safety certificate for a car which should never have passed. Resulting in significant defects being missed. I have taken it to 2 independent mechanics who agree it should never have passed. Be cautious buying a car with a Safety certificate from this place.

As a carer I need a company that can give me a fixed price, tell me when I'll get my car back and be honest. This company definitely looks after Bribie.Yes it can take weeks to get a car in because they're busy but it's definitely worth the wait. Will keep going back to them.
