Classic Auto Wash

Went with my grandmother to get her car washed, they were having some issues with the auto wash and the two young blokes were communicating with us throughout and trying to fix the issue and were extremely polite and helpful. The ‘boss’ came and started berating them right in front of us, yelling and swearing at them! , my grandmother asked about a refund and he just completely ignored her and walked into his office yelling and swearing. Absolutely disgusting behaviour! You don’t treat your employees like that and you should be so ashamed of yourself! My grandmother has been using this car wash for the better part of 20 years and she won’t be returning after witnessing the treatment of the staff there. Disgusting behaviour. The employees were fantastic. The boss was not.

Very tricky payment set up for self wash machine. Card tab unit hold deposit from my card and it does not stop until you find tricky little red stop button somewhere.Asked to stop to owner, his reaction was absolutely rude and horrible. Kept yelling look, look with finger motions (thought he tried to digging out his eyeballs).Told him he should place some signage to find out what is stop button easily but ignored.5mins 13secs quick washing, $10.5 charged.I strongly recommend you owner.BE CAREFUL YOUR WORDS AND FINGERS to customers.

Used there dog wash which wasn't too bad although the 'disinfect' button was taped over so I'm not sure about the hygiene aspect of it. It also is double the price of others in the area. Then proceeded to use the vacuum bay, which I was then intensely watched by a older man in a territory I'm guessing he worked there as he then proceeded to the office after he was finished watching me for 10 minutes, (manager/worker/etc) which was incredibly creepy and intimidated. I was going to wash my car manually but decided not to as he had put me off.

Average.Pay for the best package they have, including handwash, twice, and both times not clean.Never clean windows or mirrors correctly, bugs still plastered all over the windscreen.I won't waste my money a third time.Better results at home.

DO NOT USE YOUR CARD!!! EVEN AFTER PUSHING THE STOP BUTTON BEFORE 5 MINS IS UP THEY STILL CHARGE YOU $10.50. WHAT A RIP OFF!! Call your bank to dispute the charges, they will get your money back.Second time this has happened to me. I Used my card there and they charged me $10.50 for 3mins After I push the stop button.

Okay so rocked up and was greeted by a young guy. He pre washed down my car and sprayed it with something. I thought that was great and would mean that my car would be extra clean post leaving the auto car wash because they usually don’t clean your car properly.Boy was I wrong! Got home and had to wipe my car down with mitts as it was still covered in dirt and dust. Especially the car doors and the back of the car.$18 and ripped off. 2 stars for the guy who pre washed my car, but it was pointless since it did nothing to help remove dirt!

Loved it got my car so clean thank you to the 2 young men whom prewash it
