Today I discovered I was sucked on by a leach only found when I was shopping for chocolate at the Uki Supermarket. On my way from a Farm Stay near Nimbin back to Brisbane. A wonderful female staff member took me to a male staffer who put salt on in and fixed the problem. Thank you both so much for solving my issue. You will always be remembered.I would like to clarify. The leach would have attached itself prior to me attending the Supermarket, as it was fully bloated with my blood at the just after entering the Supermarket.

I love the Uki Supermarket! It’s as close to an old school village shop as you can get, the staff are always up for a chin wag (but it’s ok if you have to just rush in and out too!), the produce is great and they even have all the fancy dips, locally made treats and not-milks that a recovering city kid like me needs.

Great village supermarket supplying a variety of wholesome, healthy lines not usually seen in supermarkets..as well as the usual lines.With petrol Bowsers out front all your weekly shopping needs are met with friendly, helpful staff.

Such a great local shop... Can get fresh honey, just bring a container and they will weigh it out.. Great local produce and fresh food.
