Castle Country Kennels

The facilities are superb and my Kelpies were given 1st class care.They ranged from older worker/sire to his daughter and a couple of very young future workers.All the staff involved fully understood their needs.A great big thank you. Fabulous, our dog Neville just loves going to Castle country Kennels. Melissa and her team are just amazing. We feel so relaxed leaving Nev there. Highly recommend, really friendly.

We have been using CCK for 3 years plus. As regular travellers we find Scott and staff genuinely wonderful and our two retrievers positively enjoy their holiday camp experience. Attention to detail is a hallmark of their service and the facilities are spotlessly clean. Food requirements are carefully catered for and any medications administered with care. As a bonus the airport shuttle service is a fantastic using our own vehicle. Definitely a 5 star rating and well deserved. We have bookings in advance for the rest of 2017.Karen and Johnny

Our dog loved the kennel and the carers, very clean kennel, our dog was always cared for very well.

Melissa cared for our Billy the Beagle like he was part of the family.We decided to put Billy in whilst we renovated (he is an escape artist, so an open gate is an opportunity to sniff out wallabies etc.) Delays with materials due to COVID-19 extended it to 14 weeks! Billy came home happy and healthy. Melissa gave us updates during his stay (including funny antidotes) and we could not have asked for more. Thanks Melissa :-)

Always nervous about leaving my pooch and have had some horrible experiences in the past as he is a fairly anxious dog and is quite large. If I can arrange for someone close to him to look after him I would. I felt comfortable walking away feeling my boy would be in good care and he was. When picking him up he looked great and seemed very stress free. Will definitely be using again, thank you.

1st time at taking our dogs here as our usual place was fully booked out. We weren't completely happy leaving our fur kids here as we felt the layout wasn't very professional or have a friendly atmosphere to it and upon picking them up 2 days later they both looked a bit stressed and a little too happy to see us.

Took two of my dogs here as they were on heat. The staff were exceptional and I cannot recommend this kennel highly enough. They have all the facilities and their exercise yards are well appointed, This is exceptional value for money and I fekt comfortable that my dogs were well cared for.

I called up to book two Toy poodles in for three nights and was given $165 if they shared so that's what I booked,I was told to take them between 9-12 or 3-5So I had to take them a day earlier due to flight times.I took them at 4.50 pm on a TuesdayI asked if an extra night was available if needed and was told yesBut if not needed they needed to be collected before 12.They were collect before 12 and I authorised the payment for the nights over the phoneOn checking my bank $220 was taken so I called up and they said the collection day acted as another day, at no time was I told that and it does not say on the web page,That means they can book that kennel for the same day as collection as you have to collect before 12. And get paid twice for that day...I'm more annoyed I never authorised the $220 just the $165.And when I said I have never done that before they said take then elsewhere then.We have always used these and never had this before

Easy to book, even at the last minute.. they always welcome our big boy Oscar with open arms! He always comes home happy and healthy and we have peace of mind knowing he’s safe.
