AWL Pet Cremations
We had our beloved Whiskey pass away last week and contacted AWL Pet Cremations. They collected Whisk from home and was so lovely very thoughtful and respectful. I received his Urn today from his private cremation in which they home delivered to me I was blown away it was absolutely beautiful, came in a black velvet box with a beautiful candle thank you so much AWL for being so careful with him and respectful. I will definately be recommending your services to friends. Thank you againPaula, Jason and Family

Total care and compassion from everyone. I called the after hours number for information and the lady I spoke to was so kind and caring. I explained that my boy had passed very suddenly and I needed to know how to arrange cremation. The information was so helpful. Staff at Edinburgh North were respectful and caring when taking charge of Beau. The follow up call today was the same, very kind and compassionate. I have had my rescue furbabies cremated via vet in the past, but this was my first time in person. I can't say enough how grateful I am for the understanding every step of the journey to bring another boy home to rest

Recently had my cat cremated. Opted for the option of having her paw print Inked and frame to go with her ashes. They missed this request and then blamed a new computer system. I want to be clear it's not about the money. I CANNOT EVER GET THAT KEEPSAKE BACK THE CAT IS ASHES. I AM NOW VERY DEVISTAED AT A SERVICE THAT SHOULD BE TRIPPLE CHECKING EVERY STEP.

Recently i lost my little whippet mate who passed in his sleep at home. We were walk in's that day and the staff were absolutely wonderful, given i hadn't fully processed the whole situation they took the time for me greive and work out how i wanted to remember him. Unfortunately this was the second time in 10 months i've had to use their services but both times the staff were great and made the whole easy and less stressful. Thankyou awl staff

Unfortunately today my kitty died. I rung AWL and the lady on the phone was absolutely amazing. I don't even know how she understood me. We organised a time for me to drop kitty off which was 15 mins later when I arrived there before I was even out of the car the lovely lady told me how sorry she was for me having to be there today. Very caring

AWL Pet Cremations
We had our car cremated a few months ago, service is extremely expensive for cremating such a small animal. Staff seemed to be quite pushy on the phone in regards to sales of additional products. I will be choosing to go elsewhere in future.

We can’t heap enough praise on these guys for their help recently when our dog passed away, so understanding and sympathetic and general all round nice people to deal with. Keep up the good work guys, you’re angels in disguise.
