Well this could take forever but I'll try to keep it short I have had my 6.5 fitted by BD 5 YEARS AGO AND I TOW A 19 FT FULL CARAVAN IF EVER I HAVE A PROB I JUST CALL BD AND THAY GIVE ME THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTIONS I RANG SCOTTY ON TUESDAY AS I HAD A NOISE IN THE FRON END AND HE SAID COME IN TOMORROW THAY HAD A LOOK FOUND THE PROB AND FIXED IT THERE AND THEN EVEN WHEN THAY WERE BOOKED OUT FOR THE DAY THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE ARE UNDER THE PUMP SO BE NICE CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT GREG AND THE WORKSHOP STAFF THANKS TO YOU ALL AND AS FOR THE MAIN MAN SCOTTY SO COOL CALM AND ON THE MONEY THANK YOU VERRY MUCH TO YOU ALL. If there was a choice if no stars that would be my choice. $20k down for two brand new long blocks and a year of lies whenever greg would finally answer the calls. Beware once he has your money he has zero obligations to reply or answer phone calls from you. Has absolutely no business ethics.

Greg is like your know best friend when you're paying for a new motor.BUT for me it ended after paying. The motor has done a head gasket I've been trying to get confirmation for warranty but l can't even get a reply I have rang every day for over a week.Will just keep calling

Very grateful for the service Greg and the ladies in the office have provided.. called back when they said they would and have delivered all of the parts I need to repair the fuel pump/front end on my 98 Burb.Much appreciated and see you when the next issue on the old girl arises, gotta love old cars! haha

Exceptional, friendly service everytime, goes the extra mile with follow up phone calls to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.Still true several years later, dropped in and asked for a service and mechanical inspection to assist with the sale of the vehicle, nothing was too difficult, thanks again Greg.

Greg and the team has been excellent to deal with. I highly recommend them as they are the best in the industry for engine conversions. They have a wealth of information. I had quite a lot of questions personally and there were no issues at all. I look forward to the many adventures ahead we will have in our converted 4WD.

DO NOT trust your vehicle with these cowboys!I am 18 months into my ‘journey’ with Brunswick Diesels and I can categorically say they are the worse mechanics I have ever dealt with. They have no problem hassling you for money, which I paid weeks in advance of them starting the work, but simply lie to your face whenever you are seeking warranty repairs (which you will need, let me assure you, due to the complete lack of quality control over the work they perform).My mechanic recommended them to me based on the original openers of the business - who actually did do good quality work - but he now regrets ever making the suggestion.I have a 2004 GU Patrol that had already had a motor swap (the old ‘grenade’ motor was swapped for a 2006 version of the 3.0L) with barely 100,000kms on it. But it was not coping with towing our new caravan so we decided to go for the 6.5L Chevy Optimiser upgrade. The ‘old’ motor was to be retained and put into my son’s Patrol that had a cooked motor but more on that later.Literally from the day I picked up my ‘upgraded’ vehicle from Brunswick Diesels we have had nothing but problems and nothing but grief trying to get warranty work done. On the day I drove it home a fuel injector return line popped off the motor, literally causing a stream of diesel to pour over and out of the motor. Bad enough as that I was, when I went to drop off the car trailer I had borrowed for the trip I couldn’t get the car into reverse - turns out they hadn’t tightened the gear shifter linkage on the new transmission properly.From there I discovered plenty of other shoddy work, including 4 rear power cables being cut and not reconnected - including the rear camera lead for the caravan, poorly fitted diesel fuel pump which failed, several oil leaks from incorrectly fitted components, after market cruise control that fails regularly due to poor quality parts and installation, cracked radiator outlet pipe (twice!) due to hose not flexing with motor movement and the list goes on.What they also won’t tell you is that you will lose your cruise control (costs $1200 to replace (after-market)) and that your original 7 seater Patrol gets reduced to a 5 seater thanks to the extra weight of the motor and other components.With my son’s car it was delivered with the new clutch not properly adjusted, the inlet pipe from the fuel injection pump to the motor was not connected properly and which 'popped off' in transit, causing damage to the motor and turbo and the main power lead from the alternator to battery was loose causing a short that burnt out the alternator. But worse of all I (like an idiot) let BD use my old motor in another of their customers vehicle, promising a similar motor for my son’s car, but they put in a motor with more than twice the km’s on it.I’ve had to lodge a complaint with WA Consumer Protection to try and get some satisfaction but I want to save anyone considering using this company to stay clear. Particularly if you are outside of WA as you will have no hope of getting warranty work done as they want you to send the vehicle back to them!You have been warned!

I can not say enough about Greg, Scotty and the team at Brunswick Diesel, simply first class. Nothing was too much trouble all phone calls and text messages answered and great information provided, for the amount of work going through that little workshop the job was done in a timely fashion and the workmanship was first class. The conversion is awesome I just love driving it plenty of power and the torque well it’s just amazing, I bet Nissan wish they had done this in the first place. Thanks Brunswick Diesel for a job well done.

Originally I sent my GU 2015 Patrol over to Brunswick Diesels in late February 2019.The transplant took place and I had my car back by mid May.Over the years since I have found the reception staff to be very helpful, Scotty as well.Greg will go out of his way to help his customers in every way he can, I have lost count of the number of times help over the phone has been accomplished, through no fault on Brunswick's part, I wore out the first motor and have recently upgraded with another engine, this time with larger injection pump.Once again Greg delivered a great product and has stood behind his business well with after sales support.I can honestly say if you're considering a heart transplant for you Patrol or Land Cruiser you should seriously consider Brunswick Diesels. This joint is a joke, I bought a turbo from them on 14/04/2023 and paid for it on the same day, until now they haven’t delivered it, despite me sending them emails to follow up, you ring them, they have no idea what’s going on, seriously a joke of a place
