The Little Fish Shop

A very pleasant dining experience for Fish n Chips!I was informed by the staff that the seafood produce are collected from Sydney every Monday and Thursday morning. Fresher than any Woolies or Coles that is for sure. That certainly surprised me for a commitment.We did wait 45 mins on a booked out night, however the fish was sublime and the chips were pretty good too. Sadly, it's not something you could frequent as $50 for 2x Fish n Chips is a bit steep for most audiences.Overall, I will recommend anyone visit and give it a chance.

I ordered a whole grilled barramundi. It was perfectly cooked!

Would like to say good things about finally getting another fish shop in town, but... although the fish was nice it was very pricey.. we had to wait at least 1/2 hour.. and our beef burgers were raw in the middle. Very disappointing, but hopefully when they have got over the rush it will get better.

Best fish and chips I've had for a long time

Had table booked for 6.45pm Friday night for out of town Friends .Arrived only to be told they had no knowledge of booking & were turned away.Not a happy camper

Brilliant, tasty, well priced fish taco at $15. It came out within 15mins on a busy Wednesday night at about 7pmI will be back.

UnderwhelmingPortion size: Fisherman’s plate for 17.50 comes with1 shrimp1 calamari ring1 small piece of fishAnd a small serve of chipsFlavour: the fish was nicely crumbed and generally alrightHowever we have had better tasting fried fish from other cafes in town which are not exclusively fish shops.Service: the shop is new so I wouldn’t judge too harshly, but the entire staff crew seemed awkward, uncomfortable and generally unhappyAlso in spite of doing table service nobody noticed us sitting outside for about 10 minutes. We had to go in to order.I appreciate the mist outside. A nice touch in battling the Griffith heat.Perhaps we will try again sometime in the future when the shop has settled in more and see if things have improved.

If I could give minus stars I would...Get told 45 minute wait for takeaway,then when I go and pick it up I wait another 10 minutes before being told it is ready and then the girl gets it out of the warmer...cold food,raw potato cakes,raw dagwood dogs and the chips were all raw!!will never go back to the little fish shop in Griffith.
