As I was leaving their warehouse, I said to Sam that pleasant surprises in life, are few and far between. When I picked up my car, I was astonished at how good it looked; better than it had ever looked. The repairs were immaculate, and beyond their call of duty, they had also washed it to an impressive sheen. And the inside was also fresh and clean.From the moment that I had stepped into the Brown Motors workshop, I was impressed by their professionalism. And more importantly their courtesy and their smiling faces.

Such amazing service! Truly blown over by your generosity. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The car came back sparkling clean and looking a million times better than when it went in. The repairs are good and it was completed exactly on time, So I'm happy.Selected Browns Motors to repair damage to my car after an accident as they were recommended by my insurer. Usually I would pick somewhere myself but didn't have the time to research so I went with them out of convenience.The drop off experience was good and quick. I waited a couple of minutes for someone to come out and look at the damage and they estimated 3 weeks. 3 Weeks later I receive a call saying my car is ready to pick up. When I picked it up it there was the standard paperwork to sign and then you review the repair yourself with someone there to ask any questions, I had no issues, but this may be the point where you point out anything your unhappy with and hopefully they would have rectified it if needed.My damage pretty much required repainting 4-5 panels with some fillers for some deep gashes. Overall the repair is great, the paint was matched well, I don't notice any poor work on other parts of the car and its all back to normal. If I had to be critical, one of the doors they would have repainted had a small squeak from the hinge so I needed to get some lubricant to fix that. But overall I'm happy.Other interesting notes is that they may use other paint shops for work as mine went somewhere in Collingwood to be repainted and then returned to Browns. They are also apart of the AMA Group of repairers which is actually quite large and adds some peace of mind to your repairs if things ever went wrong or your were unhappy.

My car was sent here for an insurance claim. They repaired half of the damage well. I can’t figure out whether the missed damage was the insurers fault (Auto & General) or their own but resulted in me having to re-open the claim and further delays.Took more than 2 months to get my car back (the insurer didn’t help the situation) and when they passed my car to my normal mechanic/body shop the battery was completely dead and I had engine warning systems going off all over the place.Just not a very good experience.

The best experience I have ever had with a motor repairs company. Friendly, easy to deal with, helpful, super quick. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Sam and Zubi were friendly and professional. Took my car in for small dent and they fixed it within a day. They even fixed another dent on the bonnet as complimentary. The work is very neat and makes the whole process easy. Thanks guys.

Browns Motors corrected a few previous panel repair jobs done very shoddily by Gemini Thornbury. All work corrected very well as promised. Car returned with full explanation & inspection & very well cleaned unlike when Gemini Thornbury return it. Very good customer service from all staff. Thank you!
