The embodiment of a good country pub. Good range of beers on tap, plenty of staff for service. Excellent pub meals and friendly service also. The clientele is, as should be expected in a mining town, blue collar, but were friendly and engaging. Great experience.

Great and friendly staff who are always willing to help. The service was quick and friendly with an endless variety of drinks at the bar. The menu is decent with an assortment of meats and sauces. The specials are worth getting. And you always get value for your money, both in portion sizes and taste.

Really happy with Service , Food was awsome the best steak I've had , Room was clean , but Pillows were not very plump. The bed was a bit hard, not very comfortable. could do with comforter topper.
