It’s not simply producing a custom and handmade item for your order: he takes the time to consult with you so he can craft something that suits your needs to the best of his ability. With an eye on sustainability and responsibility as well, you cannot go wrong with hitting up Mario. From the initial consultation to the final delivery of the drinking horns, I had absolutely no problems with working with Mario and simply had a great experience. When the occassion arises again, I will definitely have a chat with Mario. You can’t go wrong by doing the same.

I love this place. The products are fantastic - creative, well made and unique. Mario is passionate about his craft and is generous with his time and advice. A conversation with Mario a few years ago sparked my interest and I am now hooked on leathercraft. I couldn't recommend the Leather Shop Kyogle highly enough.

Since receiving a birthday present myself from this shop some years ago it has become one of my favourite places to buy presents for others. I'm lucky that I live fairly close so can go there in person, but the online store has almost everything available that can be got from the physical store. Everything is hand made, hand stitched, hand dyed and it is easy to see the love that goes into the products. Can not recommend highly enough. Also, everyone is jealous of my chess set :)

This is a fantastic shop! Really lovely owners and products. We purchased a custom knife sheath and were extremely happy with the product! It looks beautiful and it's so special to have a handmade, personalised item. Highly recommend stopping in when you're in Kyogle! We will definitely be back!

I have known Mario and Sonja for many years, and own numerous leather products made by them. True craftsmen, every rivet and stitch is stitched and riveted with care and consideration. They absolutely produce quality items and I know you'll be happy with anything you purchase from them.
