In hindsight, I think Ashok probably never wanted to take our embroidery jobs because they were too small-quantity. I assume that's the cause of it all. However, he accepted them instead of just saying that upfront. Once placed, they just ignored our last order and also didn't reply to emails for almost a month. After I reached him on the phone, they finally produced a proof and sent it over. It was the wrong logo because they did not use the image file provided. I already saw that coming because he's simply not listening. It's kinda obvious while you speak with him and it's infuriating. In the next proof, which again I had to call in and ask him for, they used the correct image file, but they messed up the inner dimensions of the logo shape itself for whatever reason. Why would you do that to someone's logo? When I took the time to politely explain the problem in detail (to this point he still refuses to understand what's wrong even though it's obvious to the naked eye), he immediately told me I can have my money back if I'm not happy. Ashok impressively demonstrates his incapability to comprehend simple issues, his complete lack of a quality bar, and general disrespect for his customers' time. He now refunded our payment in full, which is great (but also the least he can do after a month of lost time), however, he refuses to provide us with the embroidery setup files that he charged us hundreds of dollars for over the years. I'm giving up on this now and just writing it off. Life is too short to deal with people like this. I have no idea how an unprofessional operation like this even works. If you want an embroidery job properly done, steer well clear of this place.To your response: You obviously still have not understood the problem, when you're claiming that I didn't like" the samples

Manager advised me upon first visit that some hats I required to be embroided were ok to be done, so purchased the hats, then went back to get them embroided and was told 2 weeks completion time frame. This seemed extreme, and when I asked what the reason was for the two weeks, the Manager told me he doesn't do small jobs" and that he "should've told me last time".Not good enough in 2023 I'm afraid!!!!Won't be bringing back any larger work either!"

I cannot thank Ashok and his team at EmbroidMe North Sydney enough! They were able to help support a Breast Cancer Fundraiser in very limited time and create some excellent T-shirts for us to use. Their professionalism, generosity and kindness is greatly appreciated and I would recommend Ashok to anyone that requires a job to done. Thank you!!

I needed several logos to be embroidered on soft shell jackets and some hats for a small group ski trip.
