The shop isn't run with enough staff, on Sunday afternoon the delivery was under stocked and staffed looked at you when you asked for meat to be sliced, so I didn't ask for the cheese to be done. Needs more staff.

Do not use the click and collect. Store is understaffed and you can get your shopping done in the wait period.Do not use the delivery to boot. Uber drivers etc that do the smaller delivery's park in the waiting area, and the staff declare it's not their problem and won't even tell the drivers off. On the rare chance they do get fined, it's only a one off as below.In general, shelves are rarely stocked adequately, store is understaffed to the point the managers are generally snippy or outright rude, and the self service is the only checkout opened (with a good few closed).

Staff are rude, cash out doesn't even work, click and collect is useless, and I can't even begin to put the level of disrespect from staff. This location is completely useless. I wish to point out that the issues I was having here were very easily rectified at the erindle location. Do not recommend here. Waste of time and money. Do better.

It's government payday, chirstmas shoppers. 6 trolleys waiting to be served. 1 checkout open. 4 staff standing around chatting in the express lanes. Have waited 10 minutes so far. Ice cream will be melted by the time I get out off here

This store used to be a terrible mess, with smells and unhelpful staff. Things have improved and come a long way. The bakery needs to stop using Yellow Pea Flour, but that is probably coming from the head office. The store is tidy and the staff really make an effort

Empty shelves, stock put in wrong place, staff always on personal phones whilst working on shop floor. And staff not speaking English while on shift, don't bother asking for help as the Indian staff look at you as your an alien and just walk away..This place is not what it used to be..

I will NEVER EVER use Woolworths online again. I ordered on the 20th of May, and I'm still trying to speak to a human regarding this order. 3 items were not included in this order. 1 item was swapped for an item I didn't agree on. All you get when you call is a computer voice! I ordered from Calwell ACT. I went to Callwell ACT. They referred me to the online assistant. I called Calwell ACT online services. They referred me to the online assistant. This online assistant is not an assistant. It is an excuse not to speak to a customer directly. All I want is for my food to be redelivered. That is all!

Staff always leaving pallets in the middle of the isle.Shelves being stacked in the middle of the day, which is problematic because it’s a nuisance to get around the staff unpacking stuff.Click and collect is also painful, with staff pickers and trolleys being in the way once again. Get it together Calwell.
