I’ve been attending Inside-Out Nutrition and Massage on a regular basis for well over 12 months. Louise is the ultimate professional and you feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. Louise is the best masseur I’ve ever been to and can find your sore spots or give you a total relaxation massage. I look forward to my massage and always feel so much better after. Ahhhhhhhh… :)Where to start … ive been coming to see Louise at “ Inside Out “ for about three months now … from just overworked muscles to strains and neck and back issues … ive walked away every time feeling way better than when i arrived … Amazing customer satisfaction right here .I have referred a couple others who now also attend regular and say the same thing … an ability to hone in and get to specific areas by feel doesn’t come naturally to all that do massage but Louise is the BOMB … and would recommend her skills to anyone.Definitely give Inside Out massage a GO⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Since I started attend Inside out nutrition, I have truly benefited.. I started at 98 kilo & after learning about different foods & nutrients, I am a positive, energised 82.7 kilo. I also suffer chronic pain , due to osteoarthritis,& the massage that I have definitely helps reduce discomfort & pain… nice , quit , private relaxing atmosphere too..
