Today I had ordered a tender meal to find a pube in it! My hair ain't orange as this was the color of it! Did I get a refund no, I just got given another tender! This is just another reason why I check my food before eating!

This is the most consistent store in the area in regards to general quality of food and service.Terrible drive thru / car park design layout.As with all KFC stores staff are basically teenagers supervising teenagers

KFC Mowbray has got fresh and hot chicken all the times. 10 for 10 chicken wings is the best deal. I love eating KFC but it's bit oily sometimes. So I only eat kfc every month or fortnight.

The food consisted of tiny little pieces of chicken which would not even rank being called a chicken. The place was filthy floors were stained from serious lack of proper cleaning. Tables were obviously wiped over with a dirty or UN rinsed cloth. Quite disgusted would not eat there again.

Only car in drive thru and they still rushed and messed up our order. Ordered extra pepper Mayo on double crunch burgers, there was no pepper Mayo sauce on either burgers (I have a feeling it was deliberate because they were annoyed we asked for extra). Have a very unhappy pregnant wife that was craving pepper mayo.

Sorry Team, you disappointed me today, i just picked my zinger meal from mowbray store, I ordered with supercharge sauce and it came with one drop of sauce, the chicken was COLD and DRY. I live just 20 metres away from this store. I never go to other store, looks like now i have to go to other stores bcoz i paid $10 which was probably not worth the money. Probably tastes mayo/supercharged sauce in 4th bite.I was always amazed with quality and freshness of the food. My burger was COLD, not even warm.

Wow, horrible!hot&crispy LOL. can you see that?a piece is as big as ketchup!Staff said that It is a normal size. Never see you again.
