Smokemart & GiftBox Mount Barker

Very unpleasant lady working there today (09/04/22). She was unnecessarily confrontational and extremely unprofessional. My brother simply asked for the price of a lighter and got his head bitten off.In the past when I’ve been to the store the staff have been wonderful and very helpful. It’s disappointing to see that the level of customer service in the store declined so dramatically.I will not be returning.

I shop here regularly for my smokes and various gifts and the ladies that work there are amazing. They are always friendly and greet you with a smile and are quite knowledgeable about al their products. As a regular they automatically know what i want and often surprise me with suggestions about new products that I wouldn't thought of trying.

Do you guys sell vapes?

Some of the best service I have ever had, 10/10 would recommend, friendly reliable staff that always remember my items, I can't consider my week complete without seeing my favourite place in MT barker.

I bought a vape from the Smokemart in Marion and it started leaking the day I got it! Took it back to Marion and wasn’t treated nicely at all! They told me it was the juice I was using, so I bought more from them and it continued to leak! So I took it to Mount Barker Smokemart and they were brilliant! Kept it for a couple of days to see if they could fix, and when it kept leaking they refunded me and sold me another one! But they were so helpful when I asked questions, and even explained the vape in more detail to me as it was my first one! I won’t be going back to Marion any time soon! Thanks to the people that helped me at Mount Barker!

The staff at this store are absolutely fantastic! These guys literally go out of their way to provide the most exceptional service! And they do this for ALL of their customers. When you visit this store, be prepared to stay a while & even find yourself having jovial conversation with the staff & other customers! The range of Gifts available, is really something! From Tobacconist items (not for the young one's!) to Blender's to Music Juke Boxes to Statues, Games, Novelty Gifts to Salt Lamps - you name it, they can get it for you! There's so many new items that come in store also, so it definitely pays to have a browse. If you see something online you're not sure about, go in store & the ladies will answer your questions & order it in for you. If you do find yourself staying longer than you anticipated, don't be surprised - the only thing they don't have is Coffee! Thanks guys! ☕

I recently shopped at the Mt Barker store. The store manager was helpful in assisting my daughter and I to select a gift for a family member. Her product knowledge was very helpful in selecting the gift we purchased.I will be back.
