As a drop in it can be somewhat daunting attending a new gym, it's much easier to stay in your comfort zone. The team at CrossFit Motion (Staff and members) were fantastic and made me incredibly welcome. There was also a high ratio of trainers around so if you wanted to work on technique, be aware of poor habits or just need that added motivation there appeared to be a trainer close by. Thanks CrossFit Motion, i look forward to dropping in again sometime soon.

Had a lovely experience at cross fit motion during my summer holidays. Kelly is an amazing coach who accommodates any injury and provides lovely encouragement throughout the tough workouts! Would highly recommend training here if you’re into weight training - awesome environment where all people are very welcoming :) can’t wait to go back next holidays!
