Washing machines were filthy owners should be ashamed definitely wouldn't recommend

Went to dry clothes and the dryer I chose did not dry my properly after 20 minutes

Coin change service and even a free container of washing powder! 6 dollars per wash. 5 washing machines including a large one. Sadly no aircon.

Without a shred of a doubt, THE single most disgraceful, disgusting, unprofessional bullying behaviour I've EVER encountered in ANY business in Australia. My personal opinion only - overpriced... Complaints are responded to with foul abuse... swearing at my wife in a stereotypical South African arrogant accent & an attitude of entitlement one would never expect from a man that age. If the machine you've chosen doesn't work, you will NOT receive money back but you will receive a torrential cascade of angry intolerant abuse. Approaching with even a congenial manner - if it's a legitimate complaint it's irrelevant - you'll be sworn at. What a stain on Roma this place truly is. I'd rather wash my clothes in Bungil after a flood than give our patronage to this apparently ungrateful immgrant again.

A great service and very helpful folks if you need a hand with anything, recommend.

There were free washing powder, power points, magazines to read while waiting.Washing $6 for double load machines and $9 for triple load. Drying-$1 per 5 mins.

Very dirty machines and didn’t wash clothes properly also dryer took money but didn’t work and the South African man was extremely rude when I asked for a refund for the dryer not working and no refund was given! Definitely do not recommend, extremely poor service.

Laundry dirty......machines filthy including soap dispensers.One torn disgusting, very low seat to sit on.One folding table often taken by commercial laundered.Would not recommend.
