People say building home is a very difficult job & a nightmare! Well not with Kustom Homes. Valdimir is very professional, very flexible, & gives that personal touch, he is always there when you need, not like other big builders where every little changes will cost & will take weeks to make any adjustment! He is man of his word & will always look after you even after building if something goes wrong!! Me &100’s of people i know have built with him & totally trust his transparency of work & his ethics . So before you build go & see him once. I cannot recommend him enough.

I have been to may builders, where options were very limited and has to choose from their plans and options only but the process with Kustom homes is different to other builders . Main reason to choose Kustom homes is they build the home the way you want and given the flexibility to me to use my preferred appliances and material and final outcome came much cheaper and beautiful. I have recommended this builder to many of my friends and family and building one more home shortly.

My experience with Kustom homes started discussing a custom design home, they were flexible and really helpful to line up the design with the local legislation, I remember, a critical stage for me was the submission of the financial documents, I needed the approval during Christmas time, even that the contract was sent on time to the bank by Kustom homes.During the building process, I received updates and walk through the building during all stages, they replied all my queries, advised me on building details to improve the building, all professionally and friendly at the same time.I highly recommend them if you are in search for honest and reliable builder in brisbane and surrounding.Big shout-out to Vladimir, Sherry and team.
