Completely and utterly useless... Had our car assessed in December 2021 for a rear fender and was told parts would be available in the new year. Come March 2022 parts had not been ordered . Come April 2022 had a phone call saying parts were on there way and to book the car in for May. Delivered the car in May and got a returned call the same day saying the car was not booked and they had no parts. 6 months if our life we will never get back and now starting from scratch again. Avoid these clowns at all costs.

Professional, friendly and I forget words.I'm a French backpackers here in broome for holidays, with a problem with my mechanism lock of my rear back door. They said to me that they will fixed it as fast as possible. And they did it, they have given me back my piece for free fixed. I recommend that auto repairs eyes closed for they professionalism !

Took the hire car to the above business to repair damage as a result of a minor accident. James Corbett did a fantastic job and looked after us price wise too, very professional and on time as we were on a time limit in Broome. The hire company was very happy with the result and didn't cost the huge excess they usually charge. A massive thank you again to James and Sue who looked after us so well. Definitely recommend them, brilliant.

I hit a kangaroo and it broke the grille, set a headlight loose and did a minor bend on the bonnet. The grille was fixed allright, and the bonnet too. Thanks for that. They glued the headlight but the glue didn't dry properly and it came loose after my first drive on gravel road. They also went out of their way trying to fix other things that didn't need fixing. I got charged too many hours for the job that was done. I am a backpacker and I needed a quick job, but I didn't expect to deal with someone who want to make money on behalf of travelers.

A friend of mine sometimes says when you pay for a job you could do yourself, you're not paying for the time it takes them but for the time it hasn't taken you - so thanks for saving me several hours of swearing and at least one (but probably two) trips to the shops by doing a fiddly job on the spot, quickly and professionally!
