What a find! Excellent little fish and chippery. Battered fish was fresh, generous sized, and the batter light and crispy. Chips also very good. Prices very reasonable. Will be back.

Sweet potato chips PERFECT and crispyPotato cakes crispy and fluffy insidesScallops fresh and tastyOrange roughy and the snapper beautiful taste, though batter needs to be just slightly lighter and both sides of fish must be cispy.Awsome visit. Excellent job guys.(get more different ranges of chilli?)

Hadn't eaten here in a while, decided to order dinner. My salmon is tiny and somehow missing a giant chunk out of it, ridiculous for what they charge. Picture is how is came.

Quality seems to have gone down after the new owners have taken over. Not sure if it is different quality ingredients or different cooking style but the food is definitely not as good now.Chips are Ok but the fish and potato cakes are not soo great. My suggestion to the new owners of the shop is to roll back whatever you changed after you took over the shop.

Thursday night, old guy in the kitchen - PERFECT batter balance, very tasty fresh fish and scallops. Chips cooked to perfection.Friday night, young crew - soggy and undercooked batter, loaded onto the fish, literally dripping on the inside. Fish was still very tasty and fresh. Chips were okay. I think they were busier and unable to deliver the same level of quality as the mid-week. Suggest some internal quality control.

Really disappointed with the fish. Ordered blue grenadier and I could smell it before it was in the door - in a not great way.When I cut into it, it was hard. Oil was dripping off it and it looked like food does when it has bad freezer burn.I didn’t eat it.The South Melbs dimsim was good.
