Fantastic massage from David. I had a very sore neck and shoulder blade for days. 30 minutes with David and it feels so much better. I highly recommend Therapy Zone Casey Central.

Went here for a 30min foot massage for some much needed relaxation the foot massage done by Julia was very good her knowledge on reflexology was impressive as most other places do not bother to explain the different pressure points. I will return again.

It was my second great experience at Therapy Zone. The staff was so professional and kind at the same time. Tulip ( my therapist today) did a brilliant job with my 30 minutes massage session. I went there with my neck muscle pain and massage did its job. It’s must go place to pamper yourself. Thanks Tulip.

100% do not recommend coming here. Really bad customer service, I paid for an hour full body massage and the person massaging me left the room about 10 times if not more (not an exaggeration) she kept saying she had to tend to the walk in customers and under staffed, if you don’t have the workers to provide excellent service then you should not be accepting customers in for massages, massages are suppose to be relaxing and relieving for aches and pains. I feel like I came out with more pain than I walked in with. The massage area should ideally be a warm dim room with the smell of oils to make it more relaxing like a lot of other spas/massage places do. It was more like a big room divided by curtains so you could hear other customers and staff talking, most of the time the light was bright as anything and the room was so cold! I was offered a longer massage due to how many times she walked out but the massage was so rough & I kept trying to say less pressure but it felt like she was just changing the way she was doing the massage with the same amount of pressure. I just wanted to get out of there! Not worth it.

My favourite massage place. Always very pleasant and quick to adapt to additional or deduction of pressure. Especially helpful for me (health reasons my pain levels can vary greatly). Been coming for 5 years. Happy to recommend. Often busy but they are always friendly, make you feel settled and ensure they take care of you.

The worst massage experience ever. Highly recommend not going here, as it’s just awful. I thought my massage was bad, but when I heard what happened to my friend (we went at the same time for a 1 hour massage in separate rooms), I was horrified.We had a booking and my massage therapist was around 10 mins late. The lady then kept exiting the room during the massage to attend Reception duties, which is so unprofessional. The lady did not even massage, she just kept rubbing her forearm down along all of my body, which was painful at times. I was also cold in the room, as I wasn’t covered up properly and the heating wasn’t working or even on. At some stages she used cold oil or she didn’t use enough oil.The other woman that was massaging my friend should be losing her job after what happened. Firstly she told my friend that she liked her tattoos and wanted to show her her tattoo. The woman then proceeded to pull down her pants at the front to show a cat sitting just about her genitalia. The woman was wearing see through underwear, therefore my friend could see her pubic hair clearly.Next, the woman ripped down my friends underwear so hard (when a PROFESSIONAL massage therapist would usually tuck the towel in), that she thought her underwear ripped. The woman then left her back side exposed for majority of the time (which there’s no need for this). My friend was feeling straight away uncomfortable. This woman proceeded to them massage basically the inside of her cheeks and very close to her genitalia, that she thought something worse was going to happen. Again, there is no need for a massage therapist to EVER be this close to peoples private parts when paying for a massage.This woman then proceeded to tell my friend to roll over onto her back and this woman then proceeded to tuck the towel into the front of her underwear, where she felt as though the top of her genitalia was exposed and the woman started to ‘massage’ along her bikini line and near her groin.Obviously none of this is acceptable and my friend was so uncomfortable and couldn’t relax throughout the entire duration. The woman then kept telling her to ‘relax’.We will never be back. No one should go here, to ensure any of these experiences above never happen to anyone again.

Therapy Zone Casey Central is the place to go to get amazing pain relief from tired and aching muscles, A sore back, shoulders or neck. I have been a regular client now for 3 months and the difference is incredible. The staff and friendly, caring and well trained to help you feel great again. *Tulip is the lady that has been my therapist and she is fantastic. I had a full body relaxation massage. It was very good. Unfortunately there were many interruptions to the massage due to the staff member leaving to answer the bell to customers. It did impact my experience as there were about 5 interruptions over an hour. If this didn’t happen it would have been perfect!
