The staff at Doncaster Porsche deserves more than a 5Star from me, my experience from start to finish was epic, I have driven BWM, Audi, Tesla, I don’t think I have ever experienced the warm customer service I received from the team at Doncaster Porsche. Thanks to Spiro and Steve. Am really enjoying my new wip.

I can’t fault the customer service at Porsche.I picked up my new car two weeks ago and absolutely love it. Fabio went through everything with me until I felt comfortable to drive away. He followed up days later to check in and I’m really happy with the service I received that I will be going out of my way to service the car at Doncaster.Thank you for an amazing customer service experience Fabio.

I had a very unpleasant experience so I bought my car at Collingwood. What a shame! I walked in last Saturday with my mum. Alex said I was wasting his time when he knew I hadn’t booked a test drive. He said, “you need to have a test drive before coming to me for configuration.” Then I said, “you should put that in your website as I didn’t know we needed to have a test drive first!” “2hrs for 1 customer, I can only deal with 3 customers a day. Then I have to do my paperwork and reply emails. That’s my 10 hour day! They don’t need an appointment for a test drive but I do,” pointed at his colleagues. “Your time is valuable. Ours isn’t? Our time is as valuable as yours. We are as busy as you but I’m here with my mum because I’m genuine and I want that car,” raised my voice. He looked quite surprised and wanted to keep explaining the car features as I guess he didn’t expect this from a small body. After a while, when asking him where to turn the car on, he sneered at me! That was so rude! One of my friends warned me before coming as he had got neglected after checking things out in the lobby for a while. So he left and ended up buying a Mercedes SUV next door. Another friend of mine texted me after he had known my disappointment, “Wanna hear funny story? I walked there to buy a car and the guy didn't say anything to me for ages. Then I came back in my lambo the entire team came to me like I was honey and they were bees.” If he hasn’t exaggerated it, your team especially Alex needs some sale attitude/strategy PDs as you could have had more business!

It is porsche so wear your best suit and take your Patek Philippe,otherwise they do not wanna talk with you.Remeber that!So I go to collingwood, and the sales have time and patient, Moreover, they have cars!Thanks for Doncaster sales Alex walk around anywhere and have no time to talk with clients!

After the major service my car alarmed and the guy asked me to bring it back to they fix it and they said it’s take 1 month to fix it because they did something wrong and after 3 weeks they called me to say the car is ready and again when i got the car back another alarmed and they gave me another appointment ti fix but the big problem when i get the car back in second time it’s damaged the front of the car and At first they said it was like this and then when they checked the camera they said it wasn’t and when i asked them to fix they said maybe when you took the car you damaged and i said not in 1 hour and i asked them to show me the prove when you gave me the car back it’s not damaged but they said our camera’s doesn’t show and they told me our manager call you Monday and monday again they said manager call you Wednesday and again they didn’t call

I have just bought my second Porsche from Fabio at Doncaster. He was terrific to deal with and went to great measures to make sure I was happy with my new car. Everyone there was cheerful and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I contacted Porsche Doncaster interested in buying a new Turbo S and although they couldn’t sell me one because I’m interstate. I had the most pleasant experience dealing with Alex Gu.Alex has the most extensive knowledge of the brand he is selling that I’ve ever come across in a sales person and he took the time to explain everything to me at great length and share his passion for the brand. Although Alex couldn’t sell me a car, he definitely sold me on the brand.If I lived in Victoria, Alex Gu would be the first and only person I’d contact to buy a Porsche.

Had the pleasure of buying my first ever car. I was greeted by Fabio from Porsche Doncaster and immediately his presence made the whole experience absolutely amazing. His enthusiasm and professionalism should be commended. Fabio put my best interests first and truly helped me customize and drive away with the car of my dreams.
