I have to give one star because there isn’t an option to give 0. Never able to get reach to my property agent by phone. When I called into the office and receptionist said my property agent will call me back, it has never happened, not even on the second or third day. I get people can get busy and I am not asking my property agent get back to straight away, but no response after 2-3 business days and same thing happened multiple times ? It’s very frustrated to deal with them, very poor service delivered to their customer.

Phil Smith was absolutely incredible to have. I was buying a place and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I understood everything that was going on. Whenever I had a question he would give me a direct answer, when I was stressed about something, he would call, talk me through everything, he took it upon himself to make sure that my first home buying experience was an exciting and pleasent one. I feel I have been super lucky to have been dealing with Phil, and I would reccomend him to anyone who wants someone who is easy to deal with, completely transparent, extremely knowledgeable and someone who will make the whole process as easy as it can be.
