I had my nails done and picked a skin colour nail polish which was a colour changing one,but it ended up being dark purple and has never changed colour.After complaining about it being a colour that I would never ever pick and that they made a mistake they told me they fix the problem and they would only charge me $25 instead of $35I walked out of there in total disbelief.I was a regular customer always having manicure and pedicure done.But certainly will not be going back there.

they made sure to perfect my french tip and design and the staff was so nice to me this is my favourite nail store i've been going here for 3 years . They have such lovely and talented staff and the prices are so worth it

I asked to have my extensions removed. They left rough hanging scraps on the ends of my nails after filing them down and the clear polish they applied dried filled with air bubbles. Ended up filing down and shaping my nails myself after I went home. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Always busy being the only few nail shops in the area. From seated to starting on your nails takes over 45minutes. Worst thing is , I've only been there twice, both time have my nail chipped / fell off on second day since it was done there. The picture is $65 acrylic two weeks in. You decide

They didn't listen to what I requested, I had acrylics put on they were rough as in not a great finish, I have spots on my French tip, there shaped almost like discs, they curve downwards like cat claws and way to thick. Not proffessional enough for me.

I’ve never written a bad review, but this was the worst experience of my life at a nail salon. The boy doing my manicure made me extremely uncomfortable, stared at every part of me except my nails, kept caressing my hands instead of holding them in place, etc. Asked for acrylics and they assumed I wanted short so that’s what I got, who gets short acrylics????? After all of this the boy told me that I looked like I’d been out drinking beer all night, super weird and specific and I hate my nails and every time I look at them I get to be reminded of this magical experience. Jesus Christ.

I've been getting acrylics for 20 years now and really this has been the best I've used. Been there multiple times with multiple people and very very happy all around.

i am absolutely appalled with the service i received here today. my nails are not only not the colour, shape or style i requested - but they also have dips in them. i went back to ask to get them fixed because it was a horrifically poor SNS job & not only was i denied a refund; i was told to pay an extra $25 to get shellac put over them: on top of the $60 i was already told to pay for these disgusting looking nails. horrible customer service, horrific job and ugly nails is what i received at Rainbow Nails Salamander Bay. do not recommend to ANYONE looking for decent nails. 0/10.

My review for nails would be a 4-5 they were great! However their waxing was not a good experience. I would definitely recommend nails, i just had acrylic filed back and gel colour.
