This place has 5 do-it-yourself bays, 2 with under body sprays for 4wd, or they can do it for you. Also has 3 K9000 dog wash bays.Equipment is well maintained, can pay by card in the washbays which is handy, although parking is tight.Today I had a detail for a 3yr old CX5, very impressed with the result. Car smells new again, all the interior surfaces wiped down, wheels cleaned, seats cleaned, vacuumed and deodorised all in 90minutes. A much better clean than I could do myself.Not an every week or every month thing, but well worth it for a freshen up.Didn't need to book, just arrived, Gave the car a quick outside wash, then gave them the keys.There is a small area to wait, or can walk to a shopping area 400m along the road.The team is excellent, very busy place but they worked hard and always pleasant. Just be warned this place is popular.Will definitely use again.

I just use the manual bays, reasonably quick and easy to use. Fairly cheap also. Can be very busy depending on the day and time.

Surprisingly sufficient, speedy and easy. We went through the automatic car wash and got the tyres scrubbed, car waxed and detailed.Everyone who worked their was very lovely, welcoming and friendly also which makes the decision to be a return customer so much easier.Will definitely be back.

Used Zoom Alderley for the first time. The whole car needed a good wash polish and interior clean. The end results were amazing - the car looks almost like new again. The interior leather and plastics are soft and supple while the exterior is shiny and scratch/grime free - fabulous! Staff were great and the waiting room spacious. The only downside was the time it took to complete (no appointments)- about a half hour longer than the two hours promised. Will be back!

Wonderful service from the full timers, it was my first time over here, because I usually go to the branch at Logan Rd. However, I realized that this branch at Alderley seemed much better equippedUnlike the one at Logan Rd, the self-service car wash for this branch have an added function, which is the 'Wheel & Tyre cleaner' that comes before the Pre-soak option.After the self-service wash, I didn't know that they don't have blow-dryer machines, and most self-service customers dry the car themselves (also because I am from Singapore and I am new to Brisbane). They offered to charge me $10 for drying services that uses 2 different types of micro-fibre towels (one for the main body and one for the windows), along with a high pressured blow dryer to deal with water that hides within the nooks & crannies of my car.Overall, I'd say that their services are professional and I will most certainly return again.

Good Carwash and reasonable pricing. Unique set up. I wanted an internal detailing but there was a 2hr wait so will have to come back another time.

I had a great experience here getting my car interior cleaned. Staff were friendly and accommodating, they knew exactly what I needed and took into consideration my requests. They did a great job and talked me through everything at the end. Thanks zoom team

Part way through interior cleaning. First part exterior wash was very good and must especially commend Nicole for her bubbly and most enthusiastic welcome. A great way to start the experience.

The best car wash I have seen so far in Brisbane.(For car owner)When pick up the car, it’s still recommended to check if some spot they are missing, they are willing to fix it.(For shop owner)Improvement to suggest1. Please add a note to the working sheet to indicate if the side mirrors automated. In 3 of 5 times, the staff in the end of tunnel try to unfold the side mirror with hands. This is an unpleasant experience.2. Please move the stuffs around in the boot if it’s not too trouble to get a full vacuum. Once, I left a box of inside boot and I find out after I left that the area around and under the box is not vacuumed.In overall, this is still the car wash I would recommend.
