I got referred to Matt from my neighbour and I wasn’t disappointed. Talk about a genuine decent person (let alone mechanic) who wants to help the average guy on the street (me who knows nothing about cars). He explained everything clearly and justified every penny spent (which was about $600 cheaper than the dealership I originally went to).I’ll be zoom zooming back to Matt rather than the dealership next time for SURE!!! Top work Matt and thanks Richard for the recommendation!!!

Fantastic service today. Matt was knowledgeable, thorough, and did quality work in helping us replace a part in our Xtrail today (saving us big bucks from what was quoted at one of the bigger companies in the area). Definitely going back for future issues and all log book services! Thanks Matt!

The only sole mechanic in this business is also the owner. He is the best mechanic that I have ever used to service or fix my vehicle. Matt is very well informed about every aspect of all makes and models of vehicles and is very thorough when servicing vehicles. His knowledge and work standards are impressive.

Matt I can honestly recommend as a thorough capable mechanic. He is highly experienced in Diagnosing were others have Failed Diagnosing Faults Costing $$$$$. In today’s world with modern technology you have to know How to Diagnose Electronics correctly and this man is the One!!

An absolute gem in a world of uncertainty. If you're anything like me and know nothing about cars, I'm always worried I'm getting ripped off. BUT Matt is different, he gives you honest and reliable advice, for a brilliant price. I used to take my car to the main dealer, but now I wouldn't go anywhere else but 'Distinctive Auto'. I have used Matt many times over several years, most recently for a large job on my ute. I have always found him helpful, attentive, reasonably-priced, and willing to give a fair & professional opinion. His advice also helped my daughter wasting $3000 on unnecessary repairs recommended by a dishonest mechanic. He is also a nice guy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Distinctive Autos. When your car is sick call MattIt is a rare thing these days to find a mechanic that cares, let alone does a great job for a reasonable price.Distinctive Autos is that place.The owner is honest, he does great work, he tells you in advance of things that need attention and does no work without clearing that with you first so no bill shock.I have had my cars with him for years and even when living 700 kms away, i still brought my vehicles to Perth for Matt to service.No one touches my car but him.Go there, see for yourself,I challange you to find a better mechanic!
