Terrible experience with Bob Wong. He argued for 5 minutes that i had no session left from Care Plan and I have to pay privately but when I insisted that there is one session left and which i have confirmed with the receptionist before coming he finally accepted that. Next took me to the room, asked me problem area, did little massage and little dry needling, showed couple of stretching exercises and Wow the appointment finished in 11 minutes. The physio who used to work before named Petra was so much better and used to spend time with the patient to address the problem and this guy finished the appointment in 11 minutes. Never ever I am coming back to see him again. Half hour appointment finished in 11 minutes, wow what patient care.

I can't recommend Bob Wong highly enough. I've halved my anti-inflammatories since seeing him, and am now sleeping comfortably again.I've seen physios who are very flashy and move you around like a rag-doll - Bob quickly identifies problem areas, targets them and gives you practical exercises to correct them. Super friendly, super effective treatment, and I recommend him without hesitation.

I have seen Jen and recommended her to many friends who all say how fantastic she is. She has assisted me with a few different problem areas with great success. She has also assessed and treated my small son following a leg injury helping him to walk again and build his strength and confidence.

I must admit to having doubts about using Physiotherapists due to previous bad experiences, but Jen and Daryl at Busy Body have shown me that there are Physios who just do the bare minimum, then there are Physios that go above and beyond what you would expect and deliver results. Jen has been responsible for treating a long-term shoulder injury of mine. I haven't been over-serviced (as I've found at some previous clinics), but properly diagnosed and referred to the appropriate specialist doctors, at the top of their field, for the necessary surgery and post operative rehabilitation.The knowledge, passion and care that Jen has for helping me rehabilitate my shoulder is second to none. Without her skills, guidance and support I was going to have to permanently change my exercise and training regime. I will now be able to do what I love with confidence as my shoulder continues to recover.Thank you so much Jen and Daryl for your expertise and first class level of care for me and the family and friends I have referred to you. We are all grateful to have found you. Keep up the great work, Robb.

Pilates classes are great. Jen makes the time to understand you and then modifies the exercises to accommodate your injuries and your fitness level. Love coming to the classes as I can see (and feel) the improvements I have made in the time I have been coming here.

I've been coming to Busy Body for over a year now for both Physio & Pilates. Daryl & Jen are amazing. Excellent communication, very professional yet personal and friendly. Willing to listen to my wants & needs. And the rest of the staff are incredible also.Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to busy body for 3 years for both of my pregnancies and other issues, I can highly recommend Jen and Daryl!They are very professional and really do take the time to listen about your concerns and make sure your whole body is working.I also tried jens Pilates classes and really enjoyed the one on one attention she is able to give each of her clients.Brooke is absolutely lovely to deal with and will help accommodate you in any way for emergencies and other appointments.

Jen is a superstar Clinical Pilates instructor. She is passionate and genuinely wants to make a difference to all of the class participants health. Since I've began attended BusyBody Physiotherapy Pilates, my core strength has improved greatly and many of my issues have been resolved. Jen makes it her mission to assist all and provide a fun, engaging class. Thanks Jen-your hard work does not go unnoticed!

I'm a mother of 4 children and first went to a consultation with Jen for my neck/back pain and bad headaches. She encouraged me to join the group Pilates class and I've been attending for well over 6 months. Having Jen as my instructor I've really enjoyed attending classes each week, we even manage a few laughs now and then, but most importantly I'm noticing a difference in my headaches, pelvic floor, tummy muscles and back pain. Jen knows her stuff and is a great instructor.

Definitely consider myself lucky to have found Bob Wong. After a very traumatic arm injury my surgeon advised intense rehabilitation was required with a physio. After reading Bobs background i thought i would give him a try. Excellent patient manner and a fantastic physio who genuinely cares about his patients. My progress has far exceeded mine and my surgeons expectations in terms of how far it has come in such a short time frame. If you are looking for a physio i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bob and Physio Choice and have already done so to multiple friends and family.
