Best Clinical Pilates Studio - Melissa and her team are highly qualified and experienced. The classes are tailored to your individual needs - it has been the best thing I have done for my lower back and shoulder issues. Literally, I feel taller and stronger. The other great thing is there are classes that run early in the mornings which is ideal if you work .

When I first walked into Fusion I was BROKEN. I remember being asked in my first Clinical Pilates class exactly where my body hurt - I said “everywhere!”. Melissa and her team put together a program that got me moving again and I haven’t looked back. It has changed they way I train, how I look after my body after long days in the office (hello foam roller!) and has been a lifesaver for my overall health and wellbeing. I cannot recommend Fusion highly enough!

Such an incredible team at Fusion! First time doing regular Pilates classes and I'm loving every minute. Have already seen great improvements not only in my Pilates classes but also my external workouts! :D

Feel transformed after being at this studio for a few years now. I started off with clinical due to back injury and slowly built up to the megaformer classes. I now have range to do any sport or activity I like. All of the instructors are very down to earth and supportive to every individuals needs. A big thank you to these guys for looking after my wellbeing for the last few years. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Found Fusion Health Co during a hunt for a fitness challenge and bought the Fit Start pack. It did not take long to develop love for this place and the trainers! Also loving the addition of the PT/Pilates circuit - wish I could get to more of these classes!

This is by far the best form of exercise I've ever done in my life! I've tried them all and nothing comes close to the megaformer, cannot recommend it enough. (Full body workout)The whole team at fusion is amazing, welcoming and encouraging love you all! Please do yourself a favor and give it a go

Fusion has so much to offer, Lagree, clinical, barre and cardio and my favourite the PT Classes. Plenty of choices and always changing. It keeps my body constantly working and improving. Happiest and friendliest instructors, I always look forward to classes, its fun and almost makes the hard work not noticeable. Highly recommend!!
