Bendigo Welcome Stranger Motel

Very clean and quiet. The deluxe queen room was a large room and it was very good overall. Just as good as some five star hotels I have stayed in. Well done.

Great place to stay and a quiet location too. The rooms are great and the beds are comfortable. Karen and Charlie are the people who take care of this large motel and are great people. The pool and air conditioning works a treat, ill be staying the again for sure next time i stay in Bendigo

Newly renovated bathrooms.. just awesome.. rooms themselves are nice.. it was lovely and quiet too.. maybe time for new beds..

The staff obviously take great pride in the cleanliness and presentation of the rooms and surrounds.Charlie is welcoming and always gives the impression that nothing is too much trouble.I appreciated the thought that went into small things...such as supplying genuine milk to the guest and not those horrible little UHT containers.As a very senior (read old) man who rides a big cruiser motorbike and sometimes tows a trailer, I’m used to getting sideway glances from the reception staff as I ride up...not so from Charlie who’s grin was wide and welcoming....thanks Charlie.The Welcome Stranger Motel will be my stop-over of choice when I next visit the Bendigo area.

Stayed here for a week, nice rooms, very warm during winter, nice and quite and the staff extremely welcoming. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Off the main drag, spotless, quiet, huge rooms, New bathroom, lovely setting looking over a garden. everything you need. stayed 4 times over last few weeks . Thanks Charlie
