What a wonderful Subway restaurant it is in Alice Springs. The food was fresh and carefully prepared, the facilities were immaculately clean, the staff and atmosphere was friendly, and the service was fast.Lee & Graeme Willis are providing an excellent example to their staff, their family and their community.Congratulations!

I ordered a 6 inch on doordash. Nothing I ordered and paid extra for was included. They told me to come in for a full refund and a free drink and cookies then refused to give it to me when I went in. Awful customer service and the third time they’ve messed up an order.

Stale wrap. Every single table was dirty (however no one eating in there) so no where to sit. staff were cleaning behind counter when I arrived and I feel like it was a competition to who could put off serving me the longest. Out of many items AGAIN.Woman who served me had a friend come in halfway through making my order, then I really didn't exist. Wrap was so stale it crumbled when she attempted to roll it. Impossible to eat as it feel to bits. Honestly went in the bin. Will NEVER go back here and Will be recommending friends family and collegues goto the other subway in town.Filth is an understatement.

Pleasant, friendly staff. Subway is identical to just about every other one - take that as either a compliment or not - if you like subway sandwiches you'll be happy with this store.

Similar food to other subways. Often unexpectedly close early (eg closed at 6:45pm on Sunday 14th August despite being advertised to stay open until 8pm)

Travelling through Alice on a family vacation back in 2015 we decided to have lunch at subway. Shouldn't have gone, worst experience during our 5 weeks of travelling in Australia. Staff was the rudest Lady (in her 50's) on the planet and racist too in my opinion.

Very rude service today. We really should have walked out. Sitting here really not enjoying my sandwich after the woman with the blue hair who served us was so horrible to us. I wish we had just walked out. Not good.

I really like the Subway in Alice. It would be a 5 star if the sitting area was kept a little cleaner.
