Owner Anand and his crew are awesome, friendly, polite. Anand is always up for cracking a joke and will chat, as will some of the young guys, who are generally from AP, in Australia doing a Masters in IT, an MBA, etc

Rohan was a jerk. We asked where the microwave was to heat up some noodles that we had bought, one minute later after we had unpacked our noodles he told us rudely ‘hurry up’ I asked him ‘why?’ And he said because we weren’t meant to use the microwave because of Covid. He didn’t tell us this when we asked him to use the microwave initially. I think he just wanted us out of the store so he could go back to watching YouTube videos on his phone.

Rudest staff ever, its like a totalitarian regime in there. I guess I would be in a bad mood too if I was middle aged and the most I had achieved is a managers position at 7/11. No wonder its always empty.

Need to prepay past a certain point in the evening. No big deal. I walked into the service station and this was our conversation:Him: which car?Me: bay 3Him: how muchMe: Not sure, can I get 40L of 91U?Him: how much is that?Me: Can’t you just multiple the 40L by the petrol price?Him: I don’t know what the price isMe: You don’t know your own petrol price...?So I had to walk out to check the price and do my own calculation...seriously?!!

Limited review. The 7/11 DIY coffee is actually very good available in three sizes priced at $1, $2 or $3. The $2 option is enough for me and can be paired with a muffin or banana cake for a snack or with sandwiches, pies or more for a meal to make a best value option. And you can get some milk and bread for the office/home while you're there.

It’s terrible service, their coffee machine milk container is always exposed to dust and bugs while is out of the machine while cleaning is in progress ,I’ve seen this many times at most of 7/11 storesThis is absolutely against the rule

This store staff shut the door and displayed closed sign at 11:30pm, supposed to be until 12am. He saw me pulling up the car and turn the sign to closed.He knocked back even 2 petrol customers.What kind of owner let him work to refuse the service for thr paying customers during service hours?What a business!

Ive been standing outside the store for 5 mins and the person inside ignored my presence, without even letting me know why he didn't open the door. I came here before the store was closed. A serious disappointment.

The guy who works here during the day is rude and wants to interrogate you to see if you’ve put an extra shot in your coffee! Go support another operator nearby. Will never return even to buy fuel
