Chilli Bins Skip Bins

Quoted us one price, when we ordered it, quote was mentioned, all agreed upon, then was sent an invoice for $200 more than the original quote. To find out they’d increased their prices, no mention of this when we booked it, no notification was sent out. They wouldn’t honour original quote. Very poor communication to resolve issues, seemed to have very little desire to provide excellent customer service, I had to keep ringing multiple times to follow up phone calls that were promised but never happened. Our family used to always use these guys as their price and customer service used to be second to none- sadly now they are the most expensive on the coast and customer service and communication leaves a LOT to be desired.

I left a message for a quote for a large bin now 6 days later they never replied... If this is the service they offer then it is probably just as well

I had a great experience with Chilli Bins. I called them at 4.50pm on a Thursday afternoon and had a huge bin delivered the next morning at 7.30am. We have a tricky driveway (steep and whinding) and it didn't present a problem for them. Neil not only priced matched for me but went even better! More than happy with their service so much so that I had them collect the bin 4 days later and replaced it with another to be filled!

I have used Chilli Bins x 3 occasions now. This business has an approachable , obliging service ; from the friendly delivery driver to the managerial staff . Nothing ever becomes a problem they can’t help reconcile with me : rain, hire extension timelines, neighbourhood parking nuances… I really like the quality of customer service that is afforded to the non-industrial , average suburban single homeowner. I find the ease of ordering , delivery and communication is refreshing. No need to look elsewhere , Chilli Bins are perfect for sorting the Feng Shui .

Ordered the skip, and they were very professional on the phone. Bin got here when they said, and was placed in the very spot i asked. Great service. Very good value too as everything worked to clock work. No disruption to my day. Thank you Chilli Bins, will definitely use you again!

We had our business burn down on Monday morning that same afternoon we had a bin delivered. We needed another one the next day and was delivered quickly. Just had our third delivered theis morning. Such great men working. they have a tricky space to put the bin and was achieved. The men are friendly and professional. Thank you so much

Pretty poor experience and haven’t even used them for their actual business. Had debris from one of their trucks fly out and hit the front of my car. Rang up and spoke with Neil and I get the “I’ll call you back Monday once I chase it up” … 4 days later after Monday and no call, typical.If they can’t be trusted to follow up a complaint, then I wouldn’t trust to use them.Really didn’t want to post this up either but the fact they couldn’t be bothered calling me back once they chased up the matter is poor.The thing that’s annoying about it is that I don’t have dash cam footage to take the matter further but to quote to Chilli Bins what the object was that flew out and hit my car, the driver would know that it’s from his skip because it was uncovered (illegal) so surely they would look in before driving off … to make sure it’s empty? Pathetic.

We have used Chilli a few times now, they are the cheapest on the Coast, but more than that they are lovely to deal with, incredibly efficient and after we filled up a 6m skip they delivered a second bin to us within a few hours of contacting them! Amazing service, won't use anyone else!! Oh and I should mention they delivered and picked up in torrential rain!!! No delay, no cancellation!

These guys were absolutely fantastic. Deceased estate and a shed full of stuff. Helped us out twice with 2 bins and the 2nd at very short notice. These people left me with the lasting impression that customer service is not a dying priority. Highly recommend to anyone.
