Was supposed to write this months ago but what a joke of a company, first off they never updated me after picking up my car and everytime I tried to call they either didn’t pick up or where very vague with any kind of updates. Secondly the quality of work, there was overspray of paint all over my windscreen and my front bumper had paint drips on it and was painted very poorly. They also broke my headlight washer cap and never bothered replacing it or even trying to fix it and probably hoped I wouldn’t see it. My bumper was not put on properly and they broke multiple clips on one side stopping it from ever going back in properly again. they requested the car with at least half a tank of fuel which is fair enough except for the fact that I got it back on 0km of range and they didn’t bother to fill it up. There was at least 250km remaining in the tank, why did they drive my car so much?. They left my car outside on the street for weeks sitting in the rain just waiting for some for to happen to it. And lastly it took them months to even start the horrible quality work they did on my car that only needed a headlight and paint. NEVER COME HERE

The guys at Elwood Collision made the process of repairing my Range Rover a pleasure.. nothing was too much trouble - communication was excellent and i was informed the whole entire time. The premises are clean, professional and in the best location for me being local to Elwood. I am always a little concerned low end repairers will cut corners or do the bare minimum just to get a job done.. and that is why i insisted on Elwood Collision to my insurance company (CBA). They repaired by car perfectly, they cleaned it when they returned it and i couldn't be happy and would recommend anyone else to use these guys to have their panels fixed... thank-you!!
