RAG Auto Electrical

So I burnt out a fridge pin on my caravan during a trip across the nullarbor, called up RAG auto electrical asking for help given I was due to stay in kalgoorlie for a few nights. They promised to fit me in, advised the shop was open at 7am and to be there as early as possible.We arrived just before seven and the staff were already up and about and happy to help. They assisted in finding a good solution and was able to fix within a couple of hours - fees were $115 per hour.The quality of the work was top grade and whilst it cost $300 to repair which I felt was a little expensive I was happy to pay given they fit me in and 'made it happen'.If your ever in need I would highly recommend.

These guys are awesome - highly recommend! They fit me in without a booking to check my lights that were only half working.. found the problem, fixed it and I was driving out of there 45mins later with awesome new lights! Price was so good too! Definitely recommend.

Had an inferior plug attached to the car for backup batteries and car fridge to run off, but the plug wouldn't allow power to pass thru to Battery plug, we had tried lots of things to get it to, to no avail. Finally it was decided that the home-job plug was at fault. Sat morn, 3rd Mar, 2017, no other Auto Electrics were open in Kalgoorlie and these guys weren't normally, as they are normally out on the road. This morning they were in, was able to change dude plug for a real Anderson plug, no problems, checked that there was power from car to plug, and plug to back up batteries. All good, back to travelling. Also, thank you to the guy who helped me to get to RAG Auto Electrics, by driving ahead whilst I followed, thru the back streets.My 1st time to Kalgoorlie turned out to be a wonderful experience, thank you everyone, that helped me,

The guys were very friendly and helpful, however the final bill was not good value, as one of the apprentices did most of the work, and they charged $115 per labour hour for something that perhaps should have taken half the time or at least charged less

We went to get assistance with a problem with our landcruiser and they found that it was the alternator, fixed that day and found more problems and sent us to have that looked at as well. Excellent service and friendly staff

Whilst leaving Kalgoorlie on RoadTrip for Road Safety last week Alternator failed. Couldnt fault the gents who helped me.Thanks so muchRegards Lana Kelly
