We booked in to stay on Monday night and rooms are always ready 14.00.We leave from Sydney at 4.00 to start work at 7.00am.We arrive in Bathurst and our work has been cancelled for the day due to rain.We still have seven hours till we can pickup keysWe called Kim and her staff had two rooms clean and available at 7.30am thanks to early checkoutsThe staff here are second to none and we appreciate you.Thank you fromAlex (whitey).That's customer service at its finest.The best place to stay in Bathurst and I've stayed at them all.

Room was comfortable ,staff were friendly and helpful .Highly recommend the Eye Fillet and Crème BrûléeI asked for medium rare but it came more to medium .But the meat was that good it did not matter .Good location ,and 4 mins to a Hot lap around Mt Panorama

Required a disability friendly room as my wife has difficulty navigating steps, room was basic, no complaints there, but to get to the restaurant there are two flights of stairs which is totally unrealistic for anyone with mobility issues. Same problem with pool access, which is achieved through the internal entrance via the checkin counter, again, up stairs, then down stairs to the pool, then no railings or any support for disabled customers.

Went for Mothers Day buffet. Food was good. Staff lovely but temperature in restaurant was uncomfortable and left early as too hot

I visited here when it was known as Quality Hotel Bathurst". I had a great time here when the lockdown was over . Their pool was maintained very nicely!!! Rooms were clean and very good at that time. I hope they maintain it!!!

Ok so I'll cancel my initial review and comments and do a new one as it wouldn't allow me to respond to your reply to my review where you conveniently left out the crucial points of our phone conversation.As a loyal customer for about the last 7 years i am very much aware that prices in much of the Bathurst accommodation goes up when there is a motorsport event on and this is pretty much accepted.As someone who stayed there on multiple occasions each year for approximately 7 years for motorsport events i was very much aware that the prices charged the last time were almost certainly an anomoly or mistake or your behalf which i put down to the changeover from the Quality Inn to Mantra and therefore i never expected the prices to be similar to them for the next motorsport event.So I'll repeat what i did on the phone but you conveniently left out of your reply to my initial review.I fully understand and respect that prices go up for motorsport events, however the amount that they continue to increase is pure greed, but you don't care as the place will be booked out and that's why you do it.Poor form for the loyal customers who just can't afford having the prices go up every year.I along with many ppl who are friends and book rooms there numerous times each year have gone elsewhere.I'll now await the standard reply making out that things are not that bad.#greed

Very disappointing to find in 2023 we still have issues with access. The Mantra Bathurst has a restaurant with a beautiful view however to access it you need to climb a staircase, so no access for anyone in a wheelchair etc. yes you can get room service with a limited menu. A lift would solve this problem and should be a priority.

Location wise great. Rooms are not anything like what is pictured on the website. The rooms could use a bit more attention. The resturant was fantastic, however that was the only good thing about our stay. Reception staff were very rude, cleaning staff didn't clean our room while we were staying there which was disappointing. We were frequent visitors to this motel over the years but it's not what it used to be. Very disappointing

Nice clean hotel rooms, helpful staff, easy location, but breakfast is underwhelming - continental breakfast only at $20 pp, I'd probably skip and go to some cafes outside if I knew about this earlier
