Was told to see doctor for a product that's not prescription today. Doctor will just tell me go get it from chemist but now I need to wait until I can get into a doctor plus pay more money to go to doctor and talk less than what I did to pharmacist for absolutely nothing when I went to the place that had the script that I was given last time even doc said it not prescription and just got upset at me for actually even going to doctor. Not sure what they are trying to achieve by asking for a script for canesten.Doctor will think it's ridiculous. I'd give no stars if possible.Didn't actually even listen to anything I said.

Just had a prescription today,TUESDAY 21 JUNE, waiting for 35 mins at prescription area.THE OLD LADY working at counter in prescription area was so UNPROFESSIONAL. Not even ask a single time why I am waiting.Atlast I asked the other young pharmacy girl and she give my medicine straight away.THAT OLD LADY need TO Learn how to treat people.Never come again here

I would like to thank the pharmacist who kindly put some blood pressure medication away for me due to it being unavailable it was really appreciated it, but after trying many chemists finely the pharmacist Deb at Terry white Tewantin which is closer than Cannon Hill, managed to get me one, she was a god send, but I'm grateful for this man for putting the last bottle he had away, what great service, consideration and kindness, deeds like this are never forgotten

In the past 5 weeks I have used this store alot.The Male Pharmacist I have regularly spoke to in regards to the arrival of my scripts from my Gp etc.This Pharmacist has made every Call, to the filling of Script & Collections so easy.The customer service i have received has been excellent.Thaankyou.

Terrible place. The doctor and staff failed to provide much needed help, left me waiting for 2 hours after saying 10 minutes. And i was still unable to get the medication my housemate needs to function, they kept her healthcare card & Script Providing no other help or options, they continued to pretent i wasn't even there. I left calling my lawyer, the ombudsman, the chief psychiatrics, human rights comm and their head office. They have no respect or knowledge of mental health issues and treat them like they are not worth helping. This is disgusting behaviour! It is neglegent and as far as im concerned is considered intent to harm, knowing very well the mental and physical fallout for those not helped.... legal action will be taken! I gots money to burn for the future of mental health and those who need it. People like this must not be allow to practice or even be allowed to touch another human.

Great, it's smallish but a solid selection, not overly busy, so wait was not crazy. There is plenty of car parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. I like the selection of vitamins and supplements. They seem to have the same options available as all chemist warehouses, so that's perfect. Easy to get into due to traffic light system in the area.

Writing this so everyone is aware: the repeat scripts they provide to you (that you need to actually have your repeat filled) are on a small cardboard slip with promotional material that is easily mistaken for junk. I'd also like this review to reflect that the head pharmacist working at approximately 4:30 05/02/23 was extremely unhelpful. You would think someone that is charged with the duty of dispensing medication to those in need would possess compassion or empathy.

This pharmacy feels very cramped. Staff aren’t very helpful, I get the impression they are just doing a job that they are not enthusiastic about. There are long wait times despite not being overly busy. I’ve been there a number of times for various medications, to never have any health teaching in regards to my medication. I thought that was part of a job a pharmacist should do. Not good enough. I’ll be going Good Price just a minute down the road in future.
