Great products but absolutely dreadful online response. Sent me the wrong Missoni cushion and didn’t reply when I asked how to return it and get the correct one that I had ordered sent to me. I ended up saying don’t bother, that I’d keep it and still no response. The same week I’d enquired about a larger piece online. It took them 4 days to give me pricing and when they did it was different to the online price. They clearly don’t care about customer service or post sale support, or maybe they just don’t need any more customers.

This is now my go to place when shopping for high quality accessories with brands like Missoni Home and Inku....and you may be lucky enough to get looked after by the knowledgeable Belinda...a genuinely refreshing design sales person who wants to help. I'll be back.

This store has wonderful products but absolutely horrendous service. I ordered a bench on June 14. My salesperson, Ana, emailed me on October 25 to inform me it was ready. I confirmed payment and delivery on November 4, but afterwards have had to call multiple times to get any status updates. Today, I spoke to Pino who told me that I would have to call back on Monday to get an update.The constant chasing to get updates on items is really exhausting - and this isn’t the first time I’ve had to do it. The same issue happened when trying to arrange a time to get my outdoor table and chairs delivered. Why is it so difficult to get status updates?

Would NOT recommend ordering online with Spence&Lyda. Never received item due to delivery not requiring a signature. Then customer service didn't get back to me regarding a refund or replacement

Beautiful lights but terrible service. I was advised to go to Bunnings and complete the missing fittings myself...don't expect to receive working items.
