Had my extremely damaged phone screen fixed - he pointed out where the last person who had replaced it had left out screws and was an refurbished screen (which we were unaware of). Wasn’t cheap but 100% worth it and he threw in a free phone case.

Told the guy at Forster store my phone screen was not working properly when touching screen so he suggested a new screen protector, so said ok put a new one on, the screen was full of air bubbles and all he said was they will evaporate, but they did not and had to fix it myself at home, and then he upsold me a new phone case and I went into complete shock when he charged me $95 for it all. This shop is an ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!!! Would never ever go back ever again! And the bubbles keep appearing on my screen and the touch sensitivity is not there and I truly feel completely taken for a ride and I wish I could get my money back!!!!

I had a screen protector installed on my phone, Bubbles were all over the ouside but they assured me they would disappear after 48 hours. They didn't and I live in sydney so was unable to come back until 2 weeks later. I returned with a bank statement proving I had paid for the screen protector and they refused to replace it, saying it was not under warranty. The man was extremely rude and said he would call security if I didnt leave. This place is a rip off and I would not recommend it. Don't go here unless you want to be abused and throw your money down the drain.

I bought a Steelie phone mount for my phone. The sticky phone piece wasn't holding to my phone so i went back tot he store to see what they could do. When i walked in Bec and Declan were very friendly and helpful! they fixed the issue with out any trouble. you guys have the best customer service in a phone shop that i have ever been into. Keep up the amazing work

Went in to see how much a new screen would cost for my almost new Motorola. I had been quoted $150 in Hornsby and $125 in Sydney, taking one or two business days. I had dropped a tool on it and there was a hole and several cracks. On closer examination they identified that it was actually the screen protector that was damaged - it had done its job. The screen protector was peeled off, the screen cleaned and hey presto - perfect. All done in 3 minutes. Thanks very much for making the effort and taking care not advantage.

I purchased a screen protector for my S10e on the weekend from Dr Boom in Forster. I asked the price and was told $60, when I said forget it"

what a total lie from the alleged owner of this store in Forster Stockland! I was a witness to the whole process. This sham had a staff member who sold and placed a $60 Screen Protector on a brand new samsung phone at the end of last October. When she did this, the screen was covered in bubbles that she assured would be gone with in 24Hours. This never happened! Owner of phone lives in sydney, and when came up to visit family this week, went back to Dr Boom.To start, those of us who live here had never seen the 2 new faces in Dr Boom. There was one man, and an older looking lady who merely glanced at us and then spent her time doing her hair in the mirrors behind her before leaving for a break... classy!The owner firstly acknowledged that the staff member who placed the screen protector on no longer worked there. He then said, if we had a receipt we would be covered under warranty.THE REASON THAT THERE WAS SAND UNDER THE CORNERS OF THE PHONE COVER WAS THAT IT WAS NEVER INSTALLED CORRECTLY!We asked if a bank statement would be suffice, he agreed.Returning with bank statement, the date of purchase, MR BOOM decided that he would then decline to replace the cover! apparently it was no longer under warranty!!!! what a con!Eventually this astute business man, literally threw a new cover over the counter at the owner of the phone, and refused to replace it himself!STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHAM!PS ... WE WILL POST WHAT THE PHONE LOOKED LIKE AFTER A DR BOOM SCREEN PROTECTOR WAS PLACED ON THIS PHONE... TAKE A LOOK BEFORE YOU BUY PEOPLE

Had new glass protectors fitted to two phones when questioned about bubbles in the screens i was told they would clear up, well they didn't not happy at all, could not reccomend at all and way over priced.

They could have cleaned the USB port on my phone but preferred to refer me to the other store in Sydney 3hrs away, to purchase a part worth $120 instead of simply cleaning with Isopropyl $8 from Bunnings which we did ourselves and now it's working perfectly.
