Shane was a fantastic help when we went in to buy my child’s first bike. Let them have a test ride around the store, made sure everything was the right fit and then did a free check up & tightening a few weeks later. Really great service, can’t recommend highly enough.

Purchased two bikes this morning: one for a 13-year old boy, the other for a 7-year old girl. Wonderful service - the staff member made sure the bikes were the right size for each child, with room to grow, and that they were comfortable on the bikes, along with fitting training wheels to the smaller bike, and some handy tech advice as well.Painless experience from start to finish, can't recommend them too highly!

RAYS BIKES PRESTON
Ray's is my LBS now and will be even if I move my home somewhere else. Incredible quality bike service and great price (I needed a new spoke and they've done it I think for $40, whereas other bike shops were $60+). Shane's a straight up legend, great chats not just about bicycles and in general I'll be shopping there for my bicycle needs.

The seat on my new Lekker Jordaan was comfortable, but made me sweaty after only a few kms ride. Ray was very helpful with selecting a replacement - I bought a Velo Plush with a large groove and air hole. I'm just back from a 20km ride (slow) and feeling very comfortable - no sweat.
