Apart from this business being one of the best hair salons I have ever been to , Trang is the most beautiful, amazing, talented soul on this planet! Trang is a testament to herself, her family & her culture - her work ethic is beyond exceptional, her skill set is comparable with the best there is in Australia! I highly recommend- footnote- Do not take note of anything bad written about this business on social media !!

They totally destroyed my hair. Said they could fix it, I cam back in, they made it worse. My hair is falling out, they do not communicate or offer any course of action to try snd repair the damage. They do not have the skill to do what they say they can do.

Great hairdresser! And so well priced. I had a copper balayage done on my grown out blonde balayage, and she listed to exactly what I wanted and delivered. She was also conscious that my hair was dry and considered that when working out the best way to lighten it. I will definitely be back.

I've been going to H.A.T Salon for the last 4 months, primarily for styling. Trang always greets me with a smile and works professionally, showing great care.Today, I had Keratin treatment done at her place for the first time. I've been doing this treatment for the past 10 years and I'd like to add that Trang and her assistant did a great work. Trang is so lovely and does an amazing job! I'm always scared going to salons that hairdressers will chop off too much of my long hair, but she listens and gives an amazing haircut that's exactly what I asked for! It's so well priced for wash/cut/blowdry. I've been here twice now and have walked out feeling great each time! Thank you!

Tran is fantabulous!!! Best to text her for bookings and pay by cash. That way you are truly supporting our much loved hair dressers by all the money going directly to them. The online stuff really rips into their earnings.

They did an amazing job with my hair, my hair was so dark after I regrettably dyed it myself. They put highlights in and cut it perfectly! Very impressed for a spontaneous booking! ☺️

I have been coming to H.A.T hair every week for over a year now and am so impressed with Trang and her crew and especially how she does my hair. I have always left the salon feeling great and the comments I get from people are so flattering. ***THE CHEMICAL HAIRCUT FROM HELL***Terrible experience. They did not listen to what I asked for but just did what they wanted. Totally destroyed my hair. Sent me out of the salon with BRIGHT orange hair after bleaching when that is NOT even remotely close to what I asked for. They promised to fix it the next day. I came back in - They have ruined my hair, it is breaking off, falling our and it is still orange in places, it looks NOTHING like it did. Legally they are required to repair or if they do not have the skill, pay for someone else to repair it. They sent me out with no products to undo the damage they caused, my hair is a mess and I am really upset. The hairdresser was emotionally manipulative, trying to make me feel guilty because she did her best" - her "best" destroyed my hair. I'm the one who should be in tears.This is how they sent me out of the salon on the first day. the third photo was how my hair was coloured before and how it was Then following photos after they say they "fixed it". Damaged like I have never had my hair burnt before
