Darren's customer service is outstanding! He has gone above and beyond with our solar installation. He explains everything in detail but in a way the lay person can understand, and is genuinely wanting the best outcome possible for the purchaser.With so many negative reports of dodgy solar installers out there we wanted to deal with solar installers who were accredited by the Clean Energy Council (which Transparent Solar Solutions is) for this reason and the fact that they are local is why we went with them.We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Darren and his team of local installers. We were also impressed by his follow-up service to ensure we were not only happy with the installation but also to ensure that we were familiar with and understood the technology associated with our system so we could monitor the input and output of individual panels.
