I've know Natalie, Owner and Senior Stylist for a few years now and am most impressed with the way she runs her business and supports her staff. Needless to say that my hair has gone from being bald fluff to a mane and every stage was managed by Natalie and her team. I've gone through each stage of cancer hair and am so grateful that I never felt like I had to hide my baldness or the grow back stage. Nat knew exactly how to grow it out gracefully.

I’ve been to this place twice, although the customer service is great i was charged significantly different prices for the exact same colouring and treatment. The first time was $200 for blonde balayage, it took 4 hours and the second time it was $343 for the exact same result in 2 hours. I do not recommend this place.

I took my little girl here to a hair dressing salon for the first time and she was treated like a princess and absolutely loved it. There was a great vibe about the place and we’ve since taken her back for another ‘salon experience’! She left with her hair looking and feeling better than ever!

If you want to get ripped off, go to this salon. I had a haircut, which my hair was already short, but they charged me $118. And they said they were using a unique product, but I'm wondering what product they used for my hair...

I can't explain just how amazing I feel walking out of this salon each and every time. If I could give 100 stars I would. The level of service is fantastic, the staff are absolutely wonderful and I always feel so welcome. I've had Carla as my stylist for around 3 years now and I couldn't be happier. She always listens and gives honest advice. Not to mention she does an absolutely fabulous job. I couldn't be happier with how I look and feel after. I truly feel 'radiant' leaving this place. Thanks ladies

My appointment was delayed by half an hour. The stylist I booked with then handed my apppointment over to another girl, who didnt really ask much about what I wanted and appeared quite indignant and annoyed when I asked her to try to recreate the style in the picture on my phone. I asked for loose waves through my hair and got tight curls which looked ridiculous and nothing like what I'd shown her on my phone.It only took ten minutes all up. Very dissatisfied and disappointed as I had a special event to attend that night. Not much customer service or attention to detail.

I cannot speak highly enough of Carla and the team at Radiance. The most beautiful honest and easy to understand advice. Gorgeous vibe. Delicious refreshments, laughter, instant friendship and the first time I’ve ever walked out of a salon feeling genuinely delighted at the experience and the result. Going grey is confronting and Carla handled my questions with ease and grace, and we have a plan moving forwards that will make the whole process easy to handle. Thank you so much ladies. You’re wonderful.
