Just roasted the best easy carve Roast Lamb , I have ever cooked . And I am super fussy . Hands down the best leg lamb piece Ive ever put in the oven ! The juice after 1hr45mins on a 1.75kg chunk from heaven was so plentiful that I only needed a touch of flour to make the best gravy I have EVER made. I had to tear the plate off my wife because she kept licking it when finished and my two kids dribbled with delight. I knew this was a good butcher because I always by beef etc , but first leg lamb .... and what a doozy it was ... Thank you Queenscliff Bellarine butchers ... Vicki your a legend and all your family

The meat here is next level. As are the chicken burgers. Unassuming, understated yet as good as any high end Melbourne butcher. We’ve never had anything but tasty, tender meat from pork to chicken to lamb to burgers. Can’t go wrong.
