Over the years I’ve had many types of massage for my lower back and joint issues, so I was really intrigued when I came across the body mechanic’s website; I wasn’t disappointed, the combinations of movement, pressure, stretching and breathing were fabulous. My muscles, joints and tendons all appreciated the work out (while I did nothing but flop on the mat ☺️) and I had so much more movement in my neck, back and hips; when I left I was incredibly relaxed and clear headed. I highly recommend anyone to try this form of body therapy, it’s a wonderful combination.

How to put everything in your body in the right place. As you lie fully clothed on a mat Dan will gently guide every part of your body back into correct alignment. You will leave soft as putty and breathing clearly. Highly recommended.
