It has been years since I have both, enjoyed and looked forward to going to exercise classes, leaving me feeling very unfulfilled emotionally and physically. I can’t thank you enough for helping me get my happy back and finding my confidence again. My anxiety was high walking into class for the first time but I soon felt reassured and comfortable with the amazing instructor Tarsh.
