Had a lovely 2 nights. Lorraine at the tour desk was really helpful and friendly. Got some great things happening for us.Italian restaurant was yum.

Absolutely superb, 10 out of 10. From the welcoming arrival at the airport, to reception and from everyone at the resort....no one could be friendlier or more accomodating. Beautiful equipped, clean room...and excellent food. Thoroughly recommended, we will be back.

Oh my goodness! What a place to stay! My third trip here and it never disappoints. I had a pool terrace room which led out to the adults only pool. That's not R rated! Just, no children. There is a beaut family pool though near the family bungalows. Staff are wonderful. Aircon is sublime. The little airport shuttle needs to be booked in advance and is $5 each way. The driver delivers your luggage to your room.

Loved our stay here. Amanda at the information counter was particularly good. Most helpful and friendly - went above and beyond. Location to the beach is just fabulousSuggest a better and easier to read mud map of the area around the hotel grounds. Bigger writing. Very difficult to read. Got lost a few times going to and from our room.All restaurants menus were almost impossible to read. Low lighting and very small and faint print.Suggestions for rooms. A full length mirror is desperately required. TV’s are way to high in the lounge area.Over all a fabulous stay. Would not hesitate to recommend our friends.

Super friendly staff, and the place worked quite smoothly. The meal at the restaurant was okay, but a good selection of wines to choose from on the menu. The bedrooms were dating and the parking was adequate. Extra facilities are nearby for different meals, drinks, and watching the sunset. Value for money, dealers' choice, there are alternatives.

Friends have mentioned this place glowingly over a number of years and now having experienced it for myself I understand why. It is a large complex but spread out over numerous two level wings. The on site facilities are excellent plus there is a door to door bus service taking you to main business/shopping, the airport or just around town. A fabulous getaway location where you can do a little or a lot.

We only had dinner here at Sunsets bar and grill. We didn't stay here. We saw our friends room it was beautiful and had so much storage space. There was a big king size bed and tv, with coffee tea and mini bar fridge. We were pretty amazed. Best location in Cable Beach area

Fantastic lux hotel, it was great to wash off the red dust after an outback trip at this beautiful hotel! The grounds are immaculate, rooms beautifully appointed with great L'Occitane shower products. 4 restaurants to choose from also without having to leave the grounds.

Whilst our stay in general was very enjoyable, we were disappointed how outdated our 2 bedroom bungalow was for $800 a night. The restaurants, pools, playground and social areas are fantastic to relax at night or day, so that is more what you pay for (though can visit these spaces anytime even if not staying at the hotel). The 2 laundry areas near us were out of action and the shower pressure wasn’t strong enough. Would be nice if the pool menu offered fresh juices (not frozen).
