Five star experience - I'm hugely grateful to Lusi for sorting out my travel needs in such a friendly, swift and efficient way.Agents are working under tremendous pressure to do the best for clients, yet still manage to be genuinely interested in your plans and want to give every client their full attention, even though they may not have eaten any lunch!Please be nice to these lovely people.Yes, you DO have to make an appointment because there are too few staff for everyone who wants to travel with Flight Centre's help, but it's well worth booking up with this team who will look after you. Thanks again guys!

Very rude staff. The staff sitting in the middle of the room should be fired. Very unprofessional. She should learn manners and how to treat customers with respect.. Acting like her time is valuable and other's not.. pfft..

I have always had great service from Bruna Tye at Flight Centre Balgowlah Cruise. My grown up family also enjoy the warm and friendly welcome now that they are planning their own adventures. Bruna is sooooooo patient and always goes that extra mile to make sure you have the best holiday ever. No need to look elsewhere. Go talk to Bruna and see how easy and wonderful life can be !

This is my first experience with Flight Centre Cruise Balgowlah and can't recommend them highly enough. Bruna Tye has been so patient and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended. Five stars.

They're overwhelmed, you must book an appointment weeks ahead & if can't make that appointment, you are unable to reschedule or cancel an appointment by phone or by their website. You must attend in person during their shortened business hours.

After 14 years of solid travel, I've met a lot of travel agents and Aimee Davies is by far one of the best! If you need to book any trips and need a reliable, kind and someone who knows her stuff - ask for Aimee!Aimee has been incredibly responsive, helpful and flexible while we have been booking our first international trip with our little one.5 star experience!
