I'm very impressed. The bearing I received was metric but the old shaft was imperial. The bearing was exchanged with a sincere apology despite the fact that I had completely destroyed the new bearing. I don't judge people for making small mistakes, I judge them on how they are rectified. Thanks Specialty Fasteners, 10/10.

Thumbs up to Dubbo Speciality Fasteners on Bourke St (Newell Highway) in Dubbo.The team helped me to fit a non-standard tow bar to my car when I was having difficulty and they didn't charge me for it. I was recommended to go there by Bursons, as they didn't have a thread gauge.They provided me with excellent service and couldn't have been more helpful.
